Knowing U

Knowing your normal- the everyday look, feel, and rhythm of your breasts is one of the most powerful tools you have in breast cancer awareness.  When you understand what's typical for your body, even small shifts become easier to spot: quiet pains, subtle skin changes, new textures, or differences in shape that might otherwise be dismissed.

These early, gentle whispers of change are exactly what self-breast exams are designed to catch.  They don't diagnose cancer, but they help you recognize the NORMAL vs ABNORMAL.  The simple awareness brought to a professional's attention can lead to earlier evaluation, earlier detection, and earlier piece of mind. Why? Your body speaks, and knowing your normal helps you hear it clearly.
