Join Team W.H.I.P. for "Flex Those Shoes," a community health walk focusing on enhancing fitness and well-being. Participate every 1st and 3rd Saturday at West Point Downtown Park and Downtown Lanett Fountain from 8am to 9am ET. Come and enjoy the numerous benefits of walking, including improved cardiovascular health and energy.
